Angela Warren was born and raised in Panama City and is a sixth generation Floridian. She graduated from Bay High School and then attended Gulf Coast Community College obtaining an Associates of Arts Degree. She transferred to the University of West Florida and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Legal Administration. After graduation, she worked at a law firm for a year as a legal assistant before going to law school. She attended Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, graduating within only 2 ½ years.
After graduating law school, she discovered a passion for helping the elderly and vulnerable adults and their loved ones and started practicing law as an elder law attorney in 2004. Angela joined the Jelks & White, P.A. law firm in 2020. As an Elder Law attorney she assists clients in the areas of Medicaid Planning, Estate Planning, Probate, and Guardianship. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Bay County Alzheimer’s Alliance, Girls, Inc., and CROSSing Paths, Inc. She is active in Rotary and is the Past President of the Rotary Club of Panama City/Northside.
